Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Lead end-to-end recruitment: talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing the right candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Manage and utilize employer/job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala) for hiring.
Design and execute employee engagement programs to retain and nurture top talent.
Support onboarding to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the company culture.
