Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations—ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in HR.Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support
  

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.Conduct initial HR discussions when required.Support in maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking sheets.

• Onboarding & Documentation
  

Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding materials, and documentation.
Coordinate with new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

• Employee Engagement
  

Support in executing internal engagement activities.
Assist in collecting feedback and conducting pulse checks.Help in organising team events, celebrations, and HR initiatives.

• HR Operations
  

Maintain attendance data and support HR audits.Assist in policy communication and updating HR files.Support payroll and compliance team with basic data entry (as needed).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, BMS, Psychology, Commerce, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred).Good organisational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.What You’ll Gain
