Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai

Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining hiring trackers.Support onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR operations activities.Maintain attendance, leave records, HR MIS, and assist in payroll coordination.Act as a point of contact for employees for HR queries, engagement activities, and grievance handling.Partner with managers to understand manpower needs and support performance management processes.Assist in process improvements, policy implementation, and compliance documentation.Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support daily HR & operational tasks as required.

Requirements
