Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Turtlemint, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word, English (both spoken and written), and MS-Office.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials.
• Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
