Human Resources (HR) Executive

As an HR Coordinator at ANI Integrated Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires across different locations. Your responsibilities will include releasing offers, ensuring documentation for onboarding, organizing and facilitating soft skills and behavioral training sessions, and supporting Learning & Development initiatives such as training need analysis, scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining records. Your key responsibilities will also involve creating, circulating, and analyzing employee engagement and training feedback surveys using online tools like Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and MS Forms. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and maintain onboarding and training MIS reports. Additionally, you will prepare periodic dashboards for management review and assist in designing and updating induction materials, training content, and employee communication. Your active contribution to building a positive and engaging work culture through effective communication and interpersonal skills will be highly valued.
