Unitech Packs is a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, known for quality, innovation, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage and streamline our human resources functions.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible, disciplined, and capable of managing a workforce in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and generate reports
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, Factory Act, and labour law requirements
• Support performance reviews, appraisals, and training programs
• Conduct regular employee engagement and welfare activities
• Handle disciplinary actions and maintain confidentiality in HR matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Admin (Manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of attendance systems, payroll, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
• Male candidates preferred (for field HR coordination and factory visits)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to SaturdayExperience: 1 year (Preferred)
