Experience : 1-3 years Salary : 15000 to 18000+Petrol Allowance Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads by interacting directly with potential customers in various locations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities and campaigns. Visit retail outlets, events, exhibitions, or customer locations as assigned. Promote brand and product awareness through direct interaction with customers. Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, merchandise). Collect customer feedback and market intelligence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Report daily activity and insights to the marketing manager. Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure aligned messaging. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of field marketing or sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality. Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed. Presentable and professional in appearance. Preferred Qualities: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
