Full job description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide essential support to our Human Resources department, with a primary focus on the recruitment and hiring process. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience from application to interview, and for maintaining accurate candidate and employee records. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Recruitment Support: Assist with the full recruitment life cycle by posting job advertisements on various online job boards and social media platforms. Monitor and manage the influx of applications and resumes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database. Screen resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications and requirements for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens with shortlisted candidates to assess their communication skills, basic qualifications, and interest in the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels, managing multiple calendars and sending out meeting invitations and confirmations. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the scheduling process, ensuring timely and professional communication regarding their application status. Assist in conducting reference and background checks as needed. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork. Compile and update digital and physical employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
