Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute

  Hotel, Fine Dine Restaurants, and Cloud Kitchen projects

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Finishes works

  .
• Ability to

  read and interpret drawings

  and ensure on-site execution.
• Monitor quality standards, safety, and timelines at site.
• Coordination with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution.
• Reporting project progress to management.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience

  in Civil & Interior project execution.
• Prior experience in

  Hospitality / F&B sector projects

  is mandatory.
• Should be

  ready to work in Night Shifts

  (Mumbai project).
• Candidate from

  Mumbai suburban areas preferred

  due to shift timings.
• Must be

  available to join within 15 days

  .
• Candidates should be committed and

  not back out post selection

  .
