Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive position based in Gujarat, India, focusing on Onboarding and Learning & Development (L&D). The HR Executive will manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes, coordinate orientation sessions, and facilitate seamless integration into the company. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing employee training programs, assessing developmental needs, and ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies. Collaboration with teams to maintain smooth HR operations and foster employee relations will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage and implement training programs for Learning & Development (L&D).
  • Capability to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR best practices.
  • Experience with onboarding processes and employee integration is advantageous.
  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
