As a Human Resources Executive (Part-Time) at First of Jan Brandworks, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the growing team. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting recruitment efforts, nurturing workplace culture, and maintaining operational efficiency within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes. - Maintain HR documentation, attendance records, and employee data accurately and efficiently. - Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and exit processes for seamless employee transitions. - Assist in organizing internal team events, birthday celebrations, and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment. - Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, feedback, and support, ensuring a productive and inclusive workplace. - Collaborate with management on HR policies, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal support to drive continuous improvement.
