Human Resources (HR) Executive

As an HR professional working with multiple companies and banks to recruit sales profile candidates, your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries to maintain a positive work environment. - Assisting in implementing and tracking performance appraisal systems to foster employee growth and productivity. - Supporting training programs and workshops focused on skill development and career growth. In addition to these responsibilities, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Good knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in relevant software. - Proficiency in at least one additional language, apart from English.
