Content Creation & Curation Create compelling content including graphics, captions, reels, videos, and stories. Maintain an editorial calendar for consistent posting across platforms. Brand Building & Community Engagement Build strong social media presence for healthcare and other industry clients. Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally and promptly. Foster online communities and explore influencer partnerships. Campaigns & Promotions Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns for product launches, offers, and events. Work closely with internal teams to align with marketing activities. Track competitor activity and identify new content opportunities. Reporting & Analytics Track and analyze social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, leads). Share reports with insights and recommendations. Use social listening to monitor feedback and optimize strategies. Requirements Mandatory: Proven experience in Healthcare Marketing (minimum 1 year). 2–3 years of social media management experience (agency background preferred). Strong command of content writing, visual storytelling, and digital trends. Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, analytics tools . Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus.
