Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Recruitment & Hiring Support
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assisting in posting job openings across platforms.
Employee Engagement & Support
  • Assisting in onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Supporting HR in employee engagement activities.
HR Operations
  • Preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Assisting in attendance, leave, and payroll-related data collation.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Learning & Development
  • Researching HR trends and best practices.
  • Assisting in training program coordination.
General HR Support
  • Handling day-to-day queries from employees.
  • Supporting the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
