Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on Blockchain Experience: 3+ years of experience working with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Hyperledger, and/or other decentralized platforms. Proficiency in Solidity, smart contract development, dApp development, and Web3 development. Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or mentoring individuals or groups, with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
