Role Overview: As a member of the recruitment team at Breakout, you will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process. From creating engaging job posts to welcoming new team members on board, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Own the hiring process from start to finish, including crafting job posts and conducting interviews. - Design and facilitate training and orientation programs for interns and employees, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. - Manage performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify top talent for permanent positions. - Handle HR operations efficiently by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and supporting daily operations with precision. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in recruitment, training, and performance management. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
