Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of our team at Smarttrak, you will play a key role in the HR department by assisting in various recruitment activities, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and supporting the development of HR policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for addressing employee queries and maintaining employee records in our HR systems. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. - Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews. - Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Handle day-to-day employee queries and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
