Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Ahmedabad. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and benefits administration. Key tasks include maintaining employee records, managing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves addressing employee inquiries and contributing to the development of HR strategies to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
