We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of bookkeeping principles and hands-on experience in accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions. Record and post journal entries, invoices, payments and receipts in the accounting system. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Track expenses and process reimbursements. Support in the preparation of GST filings, TDS returns and other statutory compliances. Maintain and update the general ledger and assist with audit preparation. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data. Assist senior team members in the finalisation of accounts and internal reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an MBA in Finance. 1–3 years of practical experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Tally). Strong proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Working knowledge of tax compliance, such as GST and TDS, is a plus.
