Visual Designer (Sports)

The ideal candidate is a cricket fanatic and an enthusiastic team player who is motivated by challenges. As a Visual designer, you will have a creative flair and strong skills in translating content into design. You will elucidate concepts and provide design resources to teams, including banners, posts, and motion designs for our digital products & Social Media in the cricket domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply creativity to produce new ideas and concepts and use them to create innovative designs.
• Design fast and iterate faster.
• Coordinate with the content team to deliver creative designs as per the requirements.
• Work with the designers and content team to produce top-notch designs.
• Be open to feedback for continuous enhancement.
• Follow best practices to evolve and level up your designs.

Must-Haves:

• Should be a Cricket fanatic.
• Stay aware of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
• Think Global, Design Local.
• Potential to deliver quality designs on short notice.
• Hold curiosity & desire to learn and experiment with new designs.

Eligibility:-

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Visual and Social Media post designs.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines.
• Passion for cricket and a strong understanding of the sport’s dynamics.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
