Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for someone who will be joining our HR team, not flying solo, to help build a more structured, growth-driven culture. This role blends professional development, employee lifecycle management, learning & development, and recruitment support. Think of it as an internal coach + system builder, inspired by consulting firms but tailored for a nimble, creative company.

Key Responsibilities

 Professional Development

Drive our performance review and appraisal processes

Partner with team leads to define career paths and promotion readiness

Help managers give better feedback and set growth plans

Track individual learning goals and development metrics

 HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Support onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exits

Maintain updated employee records, leave tracking, and compliance

Help manage HR systems and improve people-related processes

Step in to mediate, resolve, or flag culture issues proactively

 Learning & Growth

Organize internal masterclasses, reading groups, or workshops

Collaborate with leadership to create learning roadmaps

Identify relevant external trainers, courses, or tools

 Recruitment Support 

Assist in hiring — JDs, screening, coordination with team leads

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to onboarding

Maintain a warm pipeline of talent (especially juniors/interns)

Who You Are

2-3 years in HR, learning & development, or people experience roles

Bonus: Experience in an agency, startup, or consulting-style work culture

You’re structured, empathetic, and can balance people-first thinking with business priorities

You enjoy helping people grow, and you're comfortable with building systems that scale
