Human Resources Executive

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, then managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, fostering positive relationships, and managing disciplinary actions or terminations.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Developing, communicating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Performance Management: Guiding employees on performance, executing performance reviews, and managing appraisal processes.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Promoting a productive work environment, supporting employee well-being, and organizing activities that boost morale.
• HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR data, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
• Strategic Support: Collaborating with department heads and leadership to implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall growth.
