Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, time office, leave management, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR operations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
