Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Executive based in Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the company's human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management. The role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with legal standards, and contribute strategically to organizational growth. This position will also play a key role in scaling team structures and nurturing cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced agency environment.
