Role Overview: As an HR Executive and Trainee in Rajkot, Gujarat, your main responsibility will be to develop strong client relationships, source high-quality candidates, and close placements that provide real value. Additionally, you will support the planning, coordination, and administration of staff training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions. - Maintain accurate training records and compliance logs for all staff. - Liaise with training providers, managers, and team leaders to confirm attendance and completion. - Provide general administrative support to the Training & Development team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, understanding their hiring needs and business goals. - Assist in HR responsibilities.
