Furthermore, supervising housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment will be essential. Your contribution to employee engagement programs and activities will help foster a positive workplace culture. You will also participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or leadership team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential. Having a sound understanding of HR responsibilities and core functions, knowledge of HR labor laws and compliances, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information are crucial. Attention to detail, work accuracy, a proactive and positive attitude, excellent soft skills, and a willingness to learn and take initiative are qualities that we value in our ideal candidate.
