HR Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Post jobs across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further evaluation with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation and induction.
• Support HR team in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 3 – 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ATS systems will be an added advantage.
