Human Resources Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of labor laws, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. • Experience in managing HR Operations effectively
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and their implementation

• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR experience in IT or tech industries is an advantage
