Role Summary

The HR Executive will support the execution of core HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle updates, and engagement logistics. This role serves as the operational backbone of the HR team ensuring smooth, timely, and people-friendly HR practices that reflect Nature Morte’s culture.

Key Responsibilities Areas

·       Coordinate end-to-end hiring process: posting jobs, screening resumes, interview scheduling

·       Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)

·       Support onboarding and exit processes, including documentation, handovers, and feedback

·       Track attendance, leave, and update payroll inputs

·       Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and HR communication

·       Handle employee queries regarding policies and HR processes

Goals of the role:

·       Deliver a seamless experience to every employee across the HR lifecycle

·       Maintain 100% accuracy in employee records and documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

·       Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business

·       1–3 years of HR generalist or coordinator experience

Work Schedule:

• Six (6) days per week, with Sunday as the regular weekly day off.
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility required during exhibition openings, special events, and art fairs.
