We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Recruitment for Nature Morte Art located in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, with strong recruitment acumen and a flair for Smart Hiring. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying the right talent and planning meaningful employee-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building people-centric culture while ensuring talent quality, Employee retention and stability within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and execute recruitment processes to hire the right candidates efficiently and effectively. Identify workforce needs in collaboration with department heads and develop job descriptions accordingly. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate final selection and onboarding with strong follow ups. Evaluate and improve sourcing channels and recruitment methods. Organize smart initiatives to hire the smart candidates, go getters. Foster a positive work culture through team building and morale-boosting efforts. Maintain job stability and retention through smart hiring practices and employee feedback. Support HR operational needs and contribute to organizational HR planning. Key Requirements: 6–8 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and Smart Hiring. Proven track record of consistent employment and job stability. Excellent understanding of hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and organizational fit. Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute impactful employee events. Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in recruitment across different functions and levels. Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Immediate joiners shall be preferred.
