Maintain thorough documentation of trials, demos, farmer engagements, and impact assessments. Key Requirements: Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture/Agronomy/Soil Science/Plant Protection. Experience: 1–7 years of field-level agronomic experience. Freshers with strong academic background may also be considered. Technical Skills: Knowledge of regional cropping systems, pest/disease management, and soil health. Familiarity with agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, bio-products). Soft Skills: Strong communication, farmer connect, presentation, and training capabilities. Languages: Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, ability to cover a minimum of 100 acres each month.
