Assistant Manager Accounts

Job Description

To support and manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, assist in financial reporting, and support audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare and review, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely closing of books of accounts as per organizational timelines. Maintain accurate general ledger entries. Accounts Payable & Receivable Monitor and manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer collections. Update all the payable and receivables in the Tally and maintain the documents properly. Review ageing reports and follow up for outstanding payments. Coordinate with vendors/customers for invoice and payment clarifications. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc. Assist in preparation and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.) Liaise with consultants for statutory updates and compliance matters. Billing & Stock Co-Ordination · Day to Day E invoice and E-way bill to be generated. · Internal Stock Transfer and Journal Updation on Daily basis. · Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com) – Mandatory · CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com – Preferred · 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance · Good knowledge of accounting standards, Tally/ERP systems, and MS Excel Preferred Attributes: · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.) · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Attention to detail and time management · Ability to work independently and in a team Contact Person- Praveen Mohan – GM HR Contact Number-7339215151 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20000 – ₹ 25000 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
