Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders. Expertise in using HR software and candidate databases. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
