About the Role:

Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core HR Operations

• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to exit).
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance appraisal processes and HR analytics.

2. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation and records.
• Assist in HR audits and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and HR regulations.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

• Support engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and internal communication.
• Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly.

4. Recruitment Support (as needed)

• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist in onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in HR operations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
