We specialize in delegate and visitors’ recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from SAARC for various countries.

Our partner companies are located in North America, Latin America, Europe and the MENA region. We cater to various industry segments and diverse subjects, including Smart Cities, Urban Development, Instrumentation and Control, Information Communication and Telecom, Medical and Food Processing.

HR Executive


Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources administration. The role will involve working closely with the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR processes, policies, and practices. The Human Resources Executive will also provide support in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development initiatives


Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle management

·      Coordinate recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

·      Maintain and enforce HR policies in compliance with labour laws

·      Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution

·      Drive performance management and appraisal processes

·      Plan and implement employee engagement activities

·      Coordinate training and development programs

·      Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation


Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field /  Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required/preferred

·      Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles

·      Knowledge of HR best practices and Indian labour laws

·      Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

·      Discreet and professional in handling sensitive HR matters

·      Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools

·      HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
