Job Description for the position of HR Executive Company description Pioneer Exhibitions and Conventions Management Pvt Ltd is a conference and exhibition industry leader with the management team having over four decades of experience in organizing exhibitions and conference in India. We specialize in delegate and visitors’ recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from SAARC for various countries. Our partner companies are located in North America, Latin America, Europe and the MENA region. We cater to various industry segments and diverse subjects, including Smart Cities, Urban Development, Instrumentation and Control, Information Communication and Telecom, Medical and Food Processing. We are looking for an HR Executive for our Pune office. Role Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources administration. The role will involve working closely with the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR processes, policies, and practices. The Human Resources Executive will also provide support in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development initiatives Key Responsibilities · Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle management · Coordinate recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding · Maintain and enforce HR policies in compliance with labour laws · Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution · Drive performance management and appraisal processes · Plan and implement employee engagement activities · Coordinate training and development programs · Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field / Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required/preferred · Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles · Knowledge of HR best practices and Indian labour laws · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills · Discreet and professional in handling sensitive HR matters · Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools · HR certification (preferred but not mandatory) Job type: Full time -on site (work from office) on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, ministries, and related organizations involved in exhibitions and conventions. Developing and executing business development strategies specifically tailored to the government sector, aligning with organizational goals and market trends. Researching and identifying potential government-backed events, exhibitions, and projects where the company's services can be leveraged. Crafting compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to government clients. Leading negotiations with government representatives, securing contracts, and ensuring successful project implementation. Staying abreast of government policies, regulations, and emerging trends related to exhibitions and conventions. Nurturing existing relationships with government contacts and fostering new connections to expand the company's network. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to government business development. Tracking and analysing business development activities, providing regular reports to management, and identifying areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Need at least 3 to 5 Years of experience as Business Development Executive Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to government officials and stakeholders. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals at various levels of government. Expertise in negotiating contracts and agreements with government entities. Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies. Understanding of relevant government policies and regulations. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance data. Ability to work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
