We believe in a positive, performance-driven culture and are looking for a passionate HR Executive to join our team. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process through job portals and internal referrals Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation Maintain and update HR records and attendance via HRMS tools like PagarBook Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and basic compliance Address day-to-day employee queries and coordinate HR-related activities Support in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Assist with performance tracking and exit formalities when needed Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or relevant field 2 years of hands-on experience in core HR operations Familiarity with tools like PagarBook, Excel, and basic HR software, ClickUP.
