Human Resources Executive

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as an HR Executive, supporting end-to-end HR processes and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within the office. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment efforts such as job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening interviews. - Schedule and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and senior leadership. - Oversee and streamline onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. - Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. - Maintain accurate and confidential HR records to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. - Update employee information and manage HR documentation systematically. - Provide daily in-office HR support, addressing employee queries and concerns promptly. - Collaborate effectively with management and leadership teams to implement HR policies and procedures efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 6 months of relevant professional experience (internships excluded). - Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal/written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using HR systems. - Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.,
