Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR functions, implementing HR strategies, handling recruitment and employee onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
