Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Pune. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing product expertise and support to customers, conducting product demonstrations, and facilitating the sales process. Other key tasks include analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, assisting in product development, and ensuring high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge and expertise as a Product Specialist
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market trends
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Customer Service and resolving customer queries
• Sales skills and the ability to drive product adoption
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus
