As a Product Specialist based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to offer in-depth product knowledge and support to customers. This role demands conducting product demonstrations, aiding in the sales process, analyzing market trends, collecting customer feedback, contributing to product development, and upholding superior customer service standards. To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the products as a Product Specialist, along with robust analytical skills to interpret market dynamics effectively.
