Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Application Specialist - Medical Devices. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support and troubleshooting for our medical devices. Daily tasks include assisting medical professionals in the effective use of our products, offering technical support, and ensuring the devices operate seamlessly. Additionally, the role involves conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and addressing any technical queries from the field.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct effective product training and demonstrations
