Sedaxis is looking for an experienced Product Specialist based at its Chennai Office

Technical and Clinical Expert

Provide Pre- and Post-sale Support

Key Responsibility-

• Work closely with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, patients, and distributor partners to implement therapies in the region, ensuring effective product utilisation and optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide on-site clinical support, conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, and deliver impactful product presentations.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and distributor partners to drive market adoption and support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

   A relevant degree in Physiotherapy is often required. 

• Experience:

   Previous experience in a clinical setting using rehabilitation equipment and/or in product demonstration, training, and technical support roles is essential. 

• Clinical Knowledge:

   In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and the clinical procedures involved. 

• Soft Skills:

   Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills are crucial for customer interaction and training. Patience and excellent problem-solving abilities are also necessary. 

• Travel:

   The role often requires extensive travel to meet with customers and support regional needs. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
• Assist customers (PMR, Physiotherapist and Biomedical Engineers) with training, clinical, and technical inquiries.
• Plan and implement business strategies throughout the area of responsibility.
•  Attend relevant local and National conferences and meetings.
