Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be in a Generalist & responsible for managing Recruitment / Hiring , HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. Day-to-day tasks include following all HR processes , maintaining employee records, focusing on recruitment process and supporting organizational development initiatives.

• Competence in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
