Executive Architect –Landscape

ResponsibilitiesDesign landscape for a given project.Prepare all kinds of presentations as well as working and detailed drawings. Prepare green building certification / EC drawings.Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.Prepare block estimates, Presentation Drawing.Communicate with all the concerned persons/organizations involved to keep the project on scheduled track.Give presentations. Liaisoning with Government / Non-Government clients for respective projects.Prepare & check all kinds of drawings (design, design development, working drawings, presentations, etc.). Overseeing projects as they progress.Visiting the site (in / out of station) for checking execution / meetings as and when required.Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional experience. Qualifications: M. Arch / B. Arch Experience: 8 - 15 years.
