Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.

2. Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Ensure timely closures of vendor bills through effective vendor collaboration.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements/contracts with HR-related vendors.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and share insights with management.

4. HR Operations & MIS

  • Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports (attendance, recruitment dashboards, employee data, etc.).
  • Assist in policy implementation and adherence.
  • Support payroll and compliance processes if required.

5. Generalist HR Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support performance management processes.
  • Handle documentation and maintain employee records.
