Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jalandhar. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The role involves day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of general Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
