Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination).
• Draft job descriptions and post on relevant portals.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

• Employee Engagement & Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

• Compliance & Policies

• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation.

• Performance & Support

• Support performance management cycles and appraisals.
• Address employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) tasks
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
