If you're passionate about performance-driven campaigns and building brands from the ground up, we want you! Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize high-ROAS ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Manage full-funnel performance marketing: awareness to conversion Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV Build and test creatives with the design team – drive ad storytelling for parents Scale winning campaigns and A/B test new strategies regularly Monitor budget pacing, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align on brand messaging Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads for D2C brands Proven success in driving revenue and conversions in e-commerce Strong analytical mindset – Excel, GA4, Meta Business Manager proficiency Self-starter attitude – can operate in a startup environment
