About Kidology:

Kidology is on a mission to bring thoughtful, safe, and joy-filled play to every child. As a new-age D2C toy brand from India, we’re combining creativity, safety, and education in every product we build. If you're passionate about performance-driven campaigns and building brands from the ground up, we want you!


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-ROAS ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing: awareness to conversion
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Build and test creatives with the design team – drive ad storytelling for parents
  • Scale winning campaigns and A/B test new strategies regularly
  • Monitor budget pacing, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align on brand messaging


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads for D2C brands
  • Proven success in driving revenue and conversions in e-commerce
  • Strong analytical mindset – Excel, GA4, Meta Business Manager proficiency
  • Self-starter attitude – can operate in a startup environment
