Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on Social Media Manager with a strong D2C focus. You'll drive our online presence, build community, and directly impact sales by engaging with parents and caregivers across social platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and more.
• Create and edit reels, product videos, stories, and educational/parenting content.
• Turn parenting pain points and playtime moments into engaging, helpful content.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to co-produce visual assets.

• Handle day-to-day execution — post scheduling, publishing, and community interaction.
• Respond to DMs and comments with warmth and empathy.
• Drive consistent brand voice and tone across all social touchpoints.

• Track content performance and community growth.
• Analyze what’s working and refine the content strategy accordingly.
• Keep up with trends in early childhood, conscious parenting, and kids’ content.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years experience in social media, preferably in a D2C or parenting/kids-focused brand.
• Ability to execute end-to-end: ideation → creation → posting → analytics.
• Strong visual and content sensibility — especially for reels and educational short-form video.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools.
• Excellent writing skills — warm, engaging, and in tune with parenting audiences.
• Self-starter attitude — someone who can plan but also pivot quickly.
